In this fun and engaging virtual cooking class, participants will create a delicious menu using anti-inflammatory ingredients, with practical nutrition tips and suggestions for ingredient substitutions and protein options tailored to different dietary needs. A guide to seasonal foods with anti-inflammatory benefits will be given. The class will also cover the science behind various eating styles, including anti-inflammatory, keto, paleo, and Mediterranean diets.
