The 2025 U.S. News & World Report survey is open from now through March 23rd, and faculty can participate in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 – Register with Doximity
The survey and voting only takes place at doximity.com. You must register with Doximity and verify your profile to participate. It is quick and easy to do (see attached ‘How to Register’ document).
Step 2 – Verify your Board Certification(s)
Review and update the board certifications listed in your profile to ensure accuracy, if needed. Only Board-certified physicians in one of the 15 adult specialties ranked by U.S. News & World Report are eligible to vote. You may also use Doximity’s Eligibility Re-check Tool to find out if you are eligible to participate in the survey.
HIPAA-Compliant versions of Doximity Dialer and Doximity GPT are now available! Using your Single Sign On (SSO) SID@stanfordhealthcare.org credentials, you can merge your personal account with a new Stanford Health Care account to access these features and more. Step 3 – Vote (when voting opens)
If you are registered and eligible based on the board certification criteria, you should receive an invitation to participate in the U.S. News & World Report survey in late February or March 2025. If you do not receive an invitation but believe that you are eligible to vote, please contact the Doximity support team at support@doximity.com. There will also be internal communication when voting is open (see attached ‘How to Vote’ document).
When it’s time to vote, log in to your Doximity account at doximity.com or via the mobile app. Please consider voting for Stanford Hospital because of the life-changing care that we provide our patients.

- Please sign in or sign up for membership at doximity.com.
- If you are new to Doximity, select “Find Your Profile” on the homepage and follow the steps to register.
- If you are already a member, please review your profile and be sure to list your affiliation with Stanford Health Care.
- Watch for an email from Doximity about the annual member survey.
- Even if you do not see the email, if you are a registered Doximity user, you can still vote by logging in to doximity.com with your username and password during the voting period—or follow the steps to have your password reset.
- Once logged in, look for a U.S. News graphic or button on the home page and click on it.
- The survey asks users to name the hospitals that provide the best care in your respective specialty.
