The Wellness Committee is excited to announce that on April 26, 11 AM, we will be hosting a Yoga session at CAM’s Grand Rounds with Yoga instructor, Vince Baza! Lunch to follow.
Come participate in this mind-body exercise, where you’ll enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including:
- Increasing strength and flexibility
- Reducing stress
- Improving balance, cardiovascular functioning, and mental health
