There is still time to sign up for the Yoga session sponsored by the Neurosurgery Wellness Committee. Join us on April 26, 11am, we will be hosting a Yoga session at CAM’s Grand Rounds with Yoga instructor, Vince Baza! Lunch to follow.
Come participate in this mind-body exercise, where you’ll enjoy the many benefits of yoga, including:

- Improving balance, cardiovascular functioning, and mental health
