Stanford BeWell is offering a step challenge starting January 27, 2025. The challenge runs January 27 – February 9.
Join the inaugural challenge and team up with fellow Stanford employees to achieve a collective university-wide goal. In this challenge, you’ll set a personal goal and track the number of steps you do each day. Activities such as gardening, yoga, dancing, and using weights can be counted towards your goal. This will be an excellent way to get warmed up for the coming Neurosurgery Step Challenge!
Register today. Log into your Be Well account. Click on the ‘Social’ icon at the top of the page and select ‘Challenges’. Select “View Challenges” and follow registration process.
